(b) John B. Schwemm retired as a director of the Registrant at the conclusion of the annual
meeting of stockholders of the Registrant held on May 9, 2007. Mr. Schwemms intention to retire
as a director in May 2007 was reported by the Registrant in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed on
October 16, 2006.
