On March 19, 2009, Republic First Bancorp, Inc. (“Republic First”) issued a press release announcing that Republic First’s shareholders approved the merger of Republic First with and into Pennsylvania Commerce Bancorp, Inc.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
