Ruskin has vast experience in the SFR (Single Family Rental) Real Estate Sector and has personally bought over 2,000 houses during his career. His firsthand knowledge as a real estate professional building previous SFR investment businesses is an ideal fit for Three Bulls' rapidly growing business. In addition to his tremendous experience, he is also an investor in Three Bulls.

Most recently he served as Senior Acquisitions Director for SFR3 Fund, a tech-enabled real estate fund also specializing in the affordable housing sector with over 10,000 homes in the portfolio. Prior to SFR3, he was an Acquisitions Associate for Progress Residential, one of the largest providers of single-family rental homes in the United States with over 70,000 homes across 29 of the fastest growing metro areas. Prior to working in Real Estate, he worked as a Senior Equities Trader for Boston Partners. Ruskin has an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of the Arts in International Business from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
