Sale of Altus Infusion earns ZT portfolio investors 9.2x multiple on invested capital

ZT Corporate, a private equity firm that specializes in healthcare and automotive investments, today announced that investors have received a favorable final payout of Altus Infusion, a specialty healthcare services company. ZT acquired a 51 percent equity interest in Altus Infusion in 2012 and reported a successful portfolio exit in April 2018.

Serving as the firms first healthcare portfolio exit in 2018, the company reported a 9.2x multiple on invested capital, inclusive of past distributions. ZT invested in Altus Infusion in February 2012, professionalizing and growing the business throughout the course of its ownership.
