Pinnacle Financial Partners Announces Quarterly Dividends

Pinnacle Financial Partners, Inc. (Nasdaq/NGS: PNFP) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an $0.18 per common share cash dividend to be paid on May 28, 2021 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 7, 2021. Additionally, the Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend of approximately $3.8 million, or $16.88 per share (or $0.422 per depositary share), on Pinnacle Financial's 6.75 percent Series B Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock payable on June 1, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 17, 2021. The amount and timing of any future dividend payments to both preferred and common shareholders will be subject to the approval of Pinnacle's Board of Directors.
