Federman & Sherwood announces that it is investigating claims on behalf of UC San Diego Health (“UCSD Health”) patients, employees, and students. UCSD Health announced that a recent phishing attack on employee email accounts may have exposed a range of personal and highly sensitive data between the dates of December 2, 2020 through April 8, 2021. UCSD Health’s investigation into the breach has thus far revealed that cybercriminals were able to access the following highly confidential information:

If you received notice of the data breach or have otherwise determined that your personal information was comprised, please contact Federman & Sherwood.
