Erica Holland joins as Vice President of Corporate Development

ESO, the leading data and software company serving emergency medical services (EMS), fire departments, hospitals, state and federal agencies today announced the additions of Brent LaBathe and Erica Holland as executives to the growth team. Brent will serve as ESO’s Chief Revenue Officer. He will lead the company’s organic growth strategy and Sales and Marketing teams. Erica will be ESO’s Vice President of Corporate Development. She will focus on the company’s inorganic growth strategy, including mergers and acquisitions.

“Brent and Erica bring tremendous experience and expertise to ESO to help us accelerate our mission to improve the health and safety of the communities we serve,” said Eric Beck, President of ESO. “Both will play a key role in helping define and execute our growth strategy as we deliver on our vision to provide quality data and meaningful insights across EMS, the fire service and hospitals at the local, regional and national levels.”

Brent joins ESO from SAP Concur where he most recently served as a Senior Vice President and Global Head of Sales. In this role, he was responsible for leading go-to-market teams across multiple global markets. Prior to SAP Concur, Brent led Sales at Jamf, delivering on key growth objectives for consecutive years. Brent holds a degree in Mass Communications from St. Cloud State University.

Erica joins ESO from Aceable where she was the Vice President of Corporate Development. She spearheaded the company’s corporate strategy and roadmap for inorganic growth, including market research to identify key acquisition targets. Prior to Aceable, Erica was a Vice President at Blue Sage Capital, focused on sourcing and executing private equity investment opportunities across multiple industries. She also spent time as an investment banking analyst with J.P. Morgan. Erica graduated from Duke University with a degree in Economics.

“I’m very much looking forward to this opportunity with ESO,” said LaBathe. “To know we are playing a role – even if it’s a small role – in helping make our communities safer and healthier is incredibly powerful.”

“This is a unique opportunity with a company dedicated to making a difference,” said Holland. “I look forward to working with all the teams across the organization to continue our journey to have a positive impact in the communities we serve.”
