(ADP), and American Century Investments Services, Inc. (ACI) (collectively, Defendants). The Complaint alleges violations of federal securities laws, including Section 11, 12(a)(2), 15(a), 15(c), and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, N.J.S.A. 49:3-52 and 49:3-56, Florida Deceptive and unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), Fla.
