Weston Solutions, Inc. announces our prime contract award for a Multiple Environmental Government Acquisition (MEGA) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Environmental Remediation (ERS) in support of USACE Albuquerque District, Southern Pacific Division with a capacity of $50M over a 3-year base period with a 2-year option period.
This contract will include a wide range of environmental services at various known or suspected Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) and Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) sites. Work will be conducted in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA); Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); National Oil Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP); National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES); MMRP; and other related Federal programs, in addition to State and local regulations.
Weston, an established USACE environmental assessment and remediation contractor with DAGCAP accreditation, has the technical, nationwide resources to address the full contract scope. Weston’s Team includes several small and disadvantaged business partners, including Espinoza Consulting Services; BRIC, LLC; Pioneer Technical Services; Cape Environmental; GSI; Federal Contracting Corp.; and MECx who bring unique expertise and experience to the Team.
