Long Cove Club is pleased to once again host the prestigious Darius Rucker Intercollegiate Golf Tournament on Hilton Head Island this year. The tournament will be held from March 4 to 6, 2024, at the exclusive, gated golf community. Regarded as one of the best golf courses on Hilton Head Island, the Pete Dye design provides a challenging and beautiful setting for the competition.
The Darius Rucker Intercollegiate tournament field will feature 17 teams from 5 conferences, featuring the top women’s collegiate players in the country. Spectators can witness the tournament for free on all three days. There are no tickets or entry charges to enjoy a day watching great golf on one of the best golf courses on Hilton Head.
The championship course takes golfers through an 18-hole adventure set amid a breathtaking lowcountry backdrop featuring 100-year-old live oak trees covered with Spanish moss and surrounded by stunning saltwater marshes and Carolina pines. Designed to accommodate the playing styles and different proficiency levels of various golfers, this golf club offers an unparalleled experience for players.
The Long Cove Club community is more than just golf.
