Moath Ahmad Alherani, the Dubai-based engineer and serial entrepreneur, has long-term success on the horizon with the launch of two new startups.

Moath Alherani was born January 24, 1989, and was raised alongside six siblings. He graduated from Hamdan bin Rashid School and is a graduate of Sharjah University with a degree in civil engineering. His wife, Marwa Turkmani, is a highly regarded businesswoman. Together, this couple is leaving a lasting impact on Dubai.

Moath Alherani is at the helm of two new companies. The first of these companies, Atwaar Decoration Design LLC, provides a comprehensive portfolio of architectural services including design, construction, maintenance, fit-outs, renovation, and landscape. Alherani’s second company, Sakani Real Estate LLC, is Dubai’s leading real estate company and specializes in house sales, leasing, management, short-term rentals, valuations, and consulting.

Both of Moath Alherani’s companies have  become known as the best in their respective industries, giving this young entrepreneur a claim to international recognition. Moath Alherani speaks both Arabic and English, which has helped him to effectively communicate with clients from various cultures and backgrounds. Dubai is a global mecca for architecture, commerce, and business, and Moath Alherani has been able to show his clients that he is a local professional with a global mindset.

While many people have come to view Moath Alherani as a “boss”, he says his ability to be a strong leader has been the conduit for the immense success of both of his startups.
