Grayscale sues SEC after its bid for a spot bitcoin ETF is rejected

Grayscale Investments filed suit against the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday, shortly after the securities regulator rejected its bid to list the first spot bitcoin exchange-traded fund.
