Bill McCaig has been named Managing Director at STS Capital Partners

McCaig is a distinguished entrepreneur with a background in the service and hospitality industry who founded several successful restaurant establishments. As a Managing Director at STS Capital Partners, McCaig applies his expertise with leading businesses through the selling process to support our clients on the journey to achieving an Extraordinary Exit.

McCaig has over two decades of experience maximizing business valuation through marketing, operations, event management, market research, media relations, and sales promotion. McCaig started his early career in business development for Green Lane Environmental and Green Lane Landfill, which the McCaig family privately held. During his tenure, McCaig engaged in business development in addition to managing service offerings such as manual labor, maintenance, trucking, retail sales, and wholesale sales. McCaig also had an active presence in the business during the exit process for the family, which resulted in a 28x EBIDTA sale.

Following the exit of Green Lane Environmental and Green Lane Landfill, Bill transitioned his career toward the restaurant industry by founding and acting as president for award-winning establishments that include Vicino Pastaria & Deli, Nicli's Next Door Trattoria, and Nicli Antica Pizzeria. After spending a decade in the restaurant space, McCaig proceeded to serve as the Director of RAM LP prior to joining STS Capital Partners.
