Avnet (Nasdaq: AVT) a global technology solutions company, today announced it will report financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2022 on August 10 after market close. Following the earnings release, Avnet Chief Executive Officer Phil Gallagher, Avnet Chief Financial Officer Tom Liguori and Avnet Corporate Controller Ken Jacobson will host a webcast and conference call at 1:30 p.m. PT / 4:30 p.m. ET to discuss the financial results and provide a corporate update.

The Board has also scheduled Avnet’s Annual Shareholder Meeting for Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. PT.
