Frankfurt International Book Fair 2022 Provides a Contemporary View of the Christian Faith

By: WebWire

Frankfurt International Book Fair 2022 is a platform for authors to shine and endorse their works to a wide audience including leading figures in the literature and publishing industry. It's a place where geniuses and ideas meet. Frankfurt International Book Fair 2022 believes that true communication across borders, cultural barriers, and filter bubbles can only be feasible through continually translating concepts into new settings, languages, and media forms.

Now, Bonnie Ring and her book “Women Who Knew Jesus” take up this opportunity to expand her audience and spread the meaningful messages of this book

“Women Who Knew Jesus” is a powerful message for everyone brave enough to flip its pages. It's a collection of provocative stories showing the roles of women in Jesus Christ's life. The author proves that even centuries ago when women were subjugated, Jesus treated each person he met equally as brothers and sisters.

This is more than a retelling of stories. Bonnie diligently analyzes each of these stories and provides questions to ponder and reflect on. It's a guide to attaining deep spirituality by looking at the gospels from modern viewpoints.

Bonnie sheds light on the deepest values of the Christian life including the equality of Jesus' followers and living the true righteous life. The meticulously gathered materials make “Women Who Knew Jesus” a satisfying read.

If you want evolution, stop hesitating and grab a copy of this book. You will start to look at the world through clearer lenses.

About the Author

After a lifetime of lay and ordained ministry in New York and California, Bonnie is culminating her career with the publication of “Women Who Knew Jesus,” the subject of retreats she has led for over twenty years. Bonnie brings the wisdom and understanding she has accrued from forty years as a licensed psychologist and more than twenty years as an Episcopal priest, spiritual director, educator, and retreat leader.

Raised amid the arts and politics of midtown Manhattan, Bonnie became a Christian at fourteen after her Dalton High School class visited a convent overnight and the priest said that God had been waiting to welcome her home. Her response was immediate and deep. Educated first at Vassar College and New York University, she completed master's and doctorate degrees in adult education from Boston University, with additional graduate study at UCLA in applied behavioral sciences and UC San Francisco in human sexuality. She received a master's of divinity degree from the Church Divinity School of the Pacific in Berkeley, California, and she taught pastoral theology there as adjunct faculty.

She is recognized by Who's Who in America, Who's Who among American Women, and Who's Who in the West. She offers retreats by request and provides psychotherapy and spiritual direction with offices in Berkeley and Moss Beach, California.
