Drop Offer, Inc. Launches Nation's First Automated Real Estate "Off-Market" Offer Submission Application

By: PRLog

Agents now have access to patent-pending technology that connects buyers with off-market homes with the click of a button.

SALT LAKE CITY - Oct. 7, 2021 - PRLog -- The DropOffer app is the nation's first real estate app for expanding your "Off-Market" home search options. The company is announcing today the launch of the nation's first automated "Off-Market" real estate-focused offer submission service. The application will be available on the Apple app store on October 1, 2021.

DropOffer's patent-pending technology connects users with any home not currently on the market, opening up much-needed inventory for agents and consumers. With just a click of a button, the app delivers access to property information and data-backed home valuations and allows consumers to submit offers directly to homeowners.

"DropOffer empowers the consumer and top-tier agents to stay relevant with their clients and empowers them to find what they're really looking for," said Greg Burns, Co-Founder, and President of DropOffer. "We're in a pivotal moment in real estate where we're witnessing a major shift in the way transactions are done. DropOffer is at the forefront of this change offering a solution that turns the Off-Market ON."

Burns has been in the luxury real estate space as a top agent for several years. He created the DropOffer application to automatically submit offers to off-market homeowners after seeing many unsolicited offers accepted for his own clients and via fellow agents. He knew this was an untapped market that could keep himself and other agents relevant and bring more value to their clients. Greg soon connected with Kimani Clark, an MIT graduate in software engineering with a JD in intellectual property from Stanford. Greg's vision and his years of experience in the real estate industry, coupled with Kimani's understanding of software and ability to aggressively protect the IP, created a solid foundation for the inception of DropOffer.

"DropOffer is able to utilize technology in a whole new way - one that the real estate market hasn't seen before," said Kimani Clark, Co-Founder and Chief IP Counsel of DropOffer. "We've opened up the market in a time of great need. To help agents and consumers find a home not on the market and drop an offer with just a few clicks to the homeowner is revolutionary."

In today's low-inventory market and less than 1% of the homes in the U.S. ever going on the market, DropOffer enables agents by opening a whole new world of inventory for their clients, helping them find a home that best fits their needs.
