Premium telesales and customer service firm continues its rapid growth into Q2 of 2022, capitalizing on a successful start to the year and growing to meet its client's needs more effectively.

HADDONFIELD, N.J. - April 24, 2022 - PRLog -- VSA Prospecting's rapid growth continued this month with the hiring of Joan Morisset for the newly created Manager of Operations role and the addition of three new program managers.

Ms. Morisset will be responsible for overseeing, supporting, and coaching VSA's business development representatives (BDRs). She has extensive experience managing inbound and outbound sales teams, most recently serving as Customer Service Manager at multinational e-commerce company Radial, Inc.

VSA Prospecting is a lead generation firm with a national reach that specializes in setting sales appointments for clients with complex offerings—particularly those in the healthcare, education, manufacturing/logistics, and technology sectors.

"Adding Joan to our organization will elevate our entire BDR team to be even more productive for our clients," says Valerie Schlitt, VSA's CEO and founder. "Her overriding goal will be to support and work with the BDRs in any way she can to ensure that VSA is consistently delivering quality services that meet our clients' demands.

The hiring of Ms. Morisset coincides with the addition of three new program managers, including former PM Bernard Hall, who returns for his second stint at VSA.

"It's great to have Bernard back," says Ms. Schlitt. "We were sad to lose him when we did, but the fact that he wanted to come work for us again says a lot about VSA's culture."

The other new program managers are Lee Hendrix and Michelle Smyth, each of whom brings a wealth of experience and different strengths to the company.

"Both Lee and Michelle are very well-suited for VSA in different ways," Ms. Schlitt says. "Lee comes from more of a sales management background, while Michelle's experience is more client relationship management-oriented. Both will be great assets to the company.
